Lead QA



We are looking for a Lead QA to assess software quality with best practices, organizational policies and processes. You will manage the QA team with their day-to-day activities, plus communicate feature health to project leads and stakeholders.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You’ll also be expected to be hands-on testing the title yourself, using your expertise to search for those really pesky bugs.

If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our games and systems work correctly.


  • Attend daily stand up calls and bi-weekly town hall meetings
  • Formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Responsible for creating test plans and strategy
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Game Designers to evolve effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues with a desire to try to break our game
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Coach junior staff, by helping them to make decisions, solve problems, manage meetings and set goals, provides feedback on testing-related tasks, delegate and assign testing responsibilities
  • Writing e2e, contract and integration tests


  • BSc, BA or equivalent in an Information Technology or related field required
  • Minimum of 3 years of software quality assurance and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors with the attention to detail
  • Excellent communication & organizational  skills
  • Experience working in an Agile team alongside developers
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, resourceful, able to find solutions when needed.
  • High degree of self-motivation, good communication skills, and team-player attitude
  • Experience working remotely across different time zones
  • Must speak conversational English
  • Confident in git
  • Experience in API testing (e.g. Postman, REST)


Desirable experience

  • Blockchain, blockchain gaming
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
  • Gaming, Gambling or trading game experience
  • Knowledge of trading cryptocurrency or forex
  • Knowledge of NFTs and NFT marketplaces
  • Working within a decentralized global team
  • Experience of testing on both iOS and Android
  • Familiar with GitLab
  • Experience with WebSockets
